Celebrating 100 Years on the High Street
The existence of Haslemere Educational Museum over the last 100 years is very much due to the tireless efforts of the people involved with it; the Pioneers of the High Street Museum.
Its vibrant centenary programme of celebration exhibitions, events, and series of inspiring talks continues.

Bourne Hall Museum
Located in the heart of Ewell Village in Surrey, just 30 minutes from London, Bourne Hall is a vibrant community hub with a busy local history museum, Ewell Library, and the Flying Saucer Café, all under one roof. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and the River Hogsmill, our modern building has served the community since 1970.
Bourne Hall Museum has an exciting progamme of events and exhibitions for all the family to enjoy.

Sidney H. Sime: Theatre in Caricature
Sidney Herbert Sime (1865–1941) was a gifted artist, illustrator and caricaturist with an extraordinary imagination. Working with critic Arnold Goldsworthy, he drew leading late Victorian and Edwardian performers for reviews of West End productions. His theatrical caricatures captured their likeness, character and performances with wit and an expressive line. Published in magazines including Pick-Me-Up, Pall Mall and The Tatler, these works being exhibited at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre reveal Sime’s distinctive response to the theatrical spectacle of his age.
